Everything was very good, nevertheless we stayed for 3 nights only. We stayed in a big room, and appreciated it. Amiable staff members provided a few recommendations. The hotel's position was particularly good, in the middle of jackson.

the owner, Khun Puk, and her husband greeted us every day with warm smiles and were always ready to help with any requests. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a breathtaking view of the mountains from the balcony. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the beach, markets, and vibrant bars and restaurants. the pool was clean and inviting, and the staff ensured it was kept at the perfect temperature. I can't recommend Palin Hill Hotel enough for its value, cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere, and helpful and friendly staff.

The rooms here are quite roomy and come with coffee and tea amenities, along with a fridge; the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the venue's location is convenient being just a mile away from Patong Boxing Stadium.

The double room at Pailin Hill Hotel was absolutely amazing! The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather, and having a tea and coffee maker in the room was a nice touch. I loved the balcony with pool views, it was so relaxing to sit out there and enjoy the scenery. The private bathroom was clean and the shower was great. it was a cozy and comfortable room that made me feel right at home.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the TV in the room. But hey, everyone has different preferences, so others might still enjoy it.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the free drinking water offered by the hotel. the room itself had good lighting, a spacious layout, and even had deck space at both the front and back. I also noticed a clean-looking pool on the property. Being located near cafes, restaurants, and a 7/11 was convenient, and the beach was about a 15 minute walk away.

We had a great stay at the hotel! The room was spacious and well-lit, and we appreciated having a deck at both the front and back doors. The hotel facilities were excellent too - we especially liked the clean pool, even though we didn't get to use it. Location-wise, this hotel was perfect for us, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. It was also just a short walk to the beach, which was very convenient. We liked that they provided free drinking water as well.

We visited during the Easter period and managed to find a good value hotel near the beach. The room was spacious and well lit, with a decent deck at the front and back doors. We were glad to have access to a pool, which looked clean. In addition, we appreciated the proximity to cafes and restaurants, which offered diverse options and were open throughout the day.

The hotel's cleaning service needs improvement, as the room was only cleaned when we requested it. Furthermore, we opted to have laundry done in the hotel but it took two to three days to get it washed, causing us inconvenience. We also experienced low water flow from the tap and the air conditioner was noisy and ineffective. These aspects took away from the overall experience.

Great value, good lighting, spacious room, deck space, clean pool, 15-minute walk to beach, near cafes and restaurants, 7/11 nearby, free drinking water!
